We make building wealth feel approachable, personalized, and community-driven. Now, we’re looking for a true builder to help us take our product and team to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Own & Ship: Architect, build, and launch core features — from onboarding and personalized investing plans to auto-invest and beyond.

Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the founders, designers, and growth team to shape product decisions and move fast.

Set Culture & Standards: Help define what great engineering looks like at Alinea. Create a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high execution.

Move Like a Founder: Make high-impact decisions, move quickly with conviction, and care deeply about the details — because this is your company too.

You Might Be a Fit If You’ve Ever...

Built From Scratch: Launched a product, personal project, or MVP that people actually used.
