About the role

As a Compliance Lead, you’ll partner with the product, support, operations, and leadership team to design, execute and scale compliance for Atlas. You will also own our licensing workstream to acquire and maintain lending licenses.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and leadership teams to drive regulatory compliance and identify trends and opportunities
• Mentor others as needed to uplift the team’s capacity, and to democratize compliance knowledge within the company
• Horizon scanning upcoming regulatory change and assessing impact on the policy and procedures
• Work independently, and/or with others, to complete compliance-related projects, reviews, and other tasks as assigned
• Work with banking partners to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience working in an ops or compliance role at a financial services company
• Ownership mindset with a focus on fast-paced, impactful work
• Proven to effectively collaborate across variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
• Interest in contributing to the company's growth beyond daily responsibilities
