About the role

As a Social Media Lead, you’ll partner with the marketing and top of funnel product teams to shape the social channels for Atlas.

Your focus will be on creating an engaging pipeline of static and video content – with a consistent cadence on shipping content, building an audience, and engaging with customers.

You will have broad creative control and will get to help shape the brand and voice for Atlas.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate interesting and engaging content everyday– including videos
  • Build and engage an online audience across all major social platforms
  • Partner with the marketing team to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
  • Drive our content pipeline through creative skills, including graphic design work, and proficiency in video editing
  • Own our brand voice, and help translate brand POV and benefits to community through Atlas’ social media accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional Social Media experience with a strong technological aptitude
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on fast-paced, impactful work
  • Proven to effectively collaborate across variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
  • A deep understanding of content curation and social trends, and the ability to think through valuable partnerships within/across each
  • Previous experience mentoring, such as new-hire buddies, interns, or technical leads.
  • Interest in contributing to the company's growth beyond daily responsibilities.
