Job description
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive conversion optimization, demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for CloudEagle.ai. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, adept at executing multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conversion optimization: Study and augment existing processes and campaign to improve conversion rates in the website, sales funnels, and other campaigns.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive qualified leads through various channels, including content marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote CloudEagle.ai’s solutions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials that resonate with our target audience and support lead generation efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation and campaign management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with sales and product teams.
- Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within a SaaS startup.
