Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts at CloudEagle.ai. This strategic leadership role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, product marketing, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and establishing market presence in the SaaS industry.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Team Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
- Demand Generation: Create and implement campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, utilizing a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels and closely monitoring ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience: 9+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive significant business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
