As an Integration Partnerships Manager at Fireflies, you will own the strategy and execution of our integration partnerships, playing a key role in driving product visibility, adoption, and growth across our ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that combines relationship management, strategic planning, and co-marketing to ensure Fireflies becomes the go-to solution on every app store we partner with.

Responsibilities:
Build and Strengthen Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture relationships with app developers, marketplace managers, and key stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
- Develop and execute GTM (go-to-market) plans to activate new partnerships and optimize existing ones.
- Research and identify potential partners in new markets, industries, or regions, expanding Fireflies' ecosystem strategically.
Drive Co-Marketing and Product Promotion:
- Collaborate with partners to launch creative joint marketing campaigns that increase product visibility and adoption.
- Ensure Fireflies is prominently featured and promoted on integration marketplaces and app stores.
- Partner with the marketing team to generate impactful content such as blogs, case studies, and social posts that highlight integrations.
Incentivize Ecosystem Growth:
- Design and manage programs that encourage developers to build apps on the Fireflies platform, including incentive structures, rewards, and recognition programs.
Strategize for Growth:
- Leverage data to evaluate partnership performance, optimize strategies, and achieve measurable results.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration experiences for partners and end users.
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving co-marketing initiatives and achieving product visibility on app stores or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with managing GTM strategies, including partner activation and engagement plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hustle mindset and a strong drive for results.
- Experience selling or promoting nascent products/services into new markets is a plus.
- Passion for technology, integrations, and fostering ecosystem growth.
Note: This role would require the candidate to work in the PST timezone.
