Challenges
We are building a bundled modern data stack that can automate the ingest, analysis, and activation of revenue data.
Connect to hundreds of systems.
Scaling architecture to handle large data volumes and complex analysis.
Optimizing speed and reliability of data pipelines and models.
Creating intuitive, responsive user experiences on top of powerful analytics.
Defining processes and architectures in hyper-growth environment.
Leveraging LLMs to make it all work.
Role
You will be a foundational engineer, responsible for building core platform services and features across the stack.
Develop and own major backend systems - APIs, data pipelines, models.
Build beautiful, intuitive frontend experiences.
Optimize for scalability, performance and reliability.
Coach and mentor other engineers.
Work closely with product and design to translate requirements into deliverables.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in full-stack web development.
Strong systems design and engineering skills.
Experience with Python, Java, React, and modern JavaScript.
Self-directed and able to work independently.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a startup environment.
Bonus
Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup.
Experience at world class product organizations (e.g. Notion, Figma).
