Founding Product Designer
Location: San Francisco (hybrid: 3 days/wk in office)

Challenges
We are looking for a driven, innovative technical designer to define how users interact with our agents.
Design agents end to end across a range of use cases built to automate the billions of human hours spent on menial tasks every year.
Work past the edge of current design standards.
Role
You will develop and improve our product, including:
Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
Form a deep understanding of our users, though direct communication with them and by staying in the loop with customer-success and sales.
Translate advancing AI capabilities into products.
Own marketing site and content.
Impact
Work directly with our founders.
Tackle unsolved design problems.
Help build our design organization.
Qualifications
Evidence of exceptional software design ability.
Outstanding portfolio showing refined visual sensibilities.
Understanding of what makes AI products like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity etc successful
Strong command of Figma and modern design tools.
Experience
3-5+ years experience in product design and engineering.
Nice To Haves
Experience at an AI startup selling to enterprises.
Experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Cursor, and v0.
Ability to Implementing your designs with clean code.
